SLIA has 401(k) clients with various asset amounts, from startups to groups with over $20 million in assets. Over the past 20 years, we have accumulated knowledge and experience to help determine which carrier best suits a company’s needs based on plan assets, investment offerings and carrier education and administrative assistance requirements.

Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

SLIA makes sure that an Investment Policy Statement is created, periodically reviewed and updated by the fiduciaries and the investment committee.

Annual Plan Review Meetings and Periodic Market Check with Plan Fiduciary

SLIA will notify the Plan Fiduciary and schedule an annual plan review in a timely manner to help the Fiduciary meet due diligence requirements.

Employee Education System

SLIA will facilitate employee education meetings and enrollment meetings to encourage higher participation, deferral rates and quality investment option implementation.

Compliance Support

SLIA will update plan fiduciaries with legislative changes. We will also remind sponsor of important dates and deadlines for compliance items.

Fiduciary Assistance

SLIA will work with the carrier to provide guidance on important fiduciary responsibilities of the sponsor.
